Exchange Policy

Invitation cards & boxes cannot be exchanged on the pretext that they are not liked. As our site provides with samples before making a bulk order, it is advisable to see the samples first and then make a Bulk Order.

Replacement is possible if the cards reach you in damaged condition and you launch a complaint with the courier company at the time of receipt of the goods. Complain number should be immediately mailed to us so that we can follow up and do the needful. If complaint is not launched than we will not entertain replacement on ground of goods received in damaged condition.

We do our best to provide with good quality cards and our company leaves no stone unturned to make you a SATISFIED CUSTOMER.

Return Policy

No returns/refunds are entertained on grounds of your not liking the design and/or product, paper,colour variation from the online samples. In such circumstances only exchange requests as per our `exchange policies shall be entertained.

Before placing your confirmed order, make sure that you are satisfied with the Design over the Email Presentation.

Though we try our best to supply cards of the same size as specified on our website, there can be a circumstance when the size of the printed card may vary slightly from the sizes mentioned therein. In our endeavour to provide you with the best cards, we reserve our rights to make slight alterations in their size. Cards once supplied shall not be taken back on grounds of alterations from the samples displayed online. Products will be returned only if there is a gross variation from the online presentation mail.

Kindly send via couriers with tracking facilities. Do not send via uncertified or unregistered mail.

7 working days are required from the date of receipt of goods to process the refund order.
